Once the full program is released, you’ll be able to pick your preferred sessions and build a custom schedule. We’ll send out reminders via email and social media once registration opens for these workshops.
We offer both. Main sessions often include live demos, while our premium (add-on) workshops are more immersive and hands-on, giving you real-time practice under expert guidance.

Lisbon is well-connected by international flights. We recommend arriving at least a day early to settle in and explore. More travel tips—like airport shuttles and local transport—will be posted once our venue is confirmed.
Lisbon generally enjoys mild temperatures at the end of October, with sunny afternoons and cooler evenings—ideal for photo walks and capturing gorgeous golden-hour shots. We’ll provide more detailed weather tips as we get closer to the event!
If you can’t make it, we’ll be sorry to miss you! We offer a flexible refund and transfer policy within certain deadlines:
Before July 1, 2026
Refunds: Tickets are refundable, subject to a 20% cancellation fee.
Transfers: You may choose to transfer the full ticket value to any future NewGen event within the next two years.
No Third-Party Transfers: Tickets cannot be directly transferred to another individual.
Service Fees Non-Refundable: Any associated service fees will not be refunded.
July 1 – August 31
No Refunds: Tickets are no longer eligible for refunds during this period.
Transfers: You can still transfer your ticket value to a future NewGen event within the next two years.
No Third-Party Transfers: This restriction remains in effect.
September 1 or Later
No Refunds or Transfers: We cannot offer refunds or transfers after this date.
Travel Insurance: Because unforeseen circumstances can occur, we strongly recommend securing travel insurance to protect your purchase.
Event Cancellation
Full Refund: In the unlikely event that NewGen is cancelled for any reason (including circumstances beyond our control), we will issue a full refund of registration fees.
Other Costs: We cannot provide refunds for airfare, accommodations, or other travel-related expenses. Please contact your travel providers directly for cancellation policies.
